Two partners, two complementary practices. Doychin Ivanov advises businesses on corporate, tax and employment matters, an approach shaped in the legal department of KPMG Bulgaria, where he advised banks, energy and telecommunications companies. Tsveta Ivanova-Yonkova, managing partner, leads the litigation practice: commercial and employment disputes, enforcement proceedings and family cases. Her specialisation in mediation means a dispute can also be resolved out of court when that serves the client better. Every matter is handled personally by the partners, from the first consultation to its conclusion.
